1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS 2buysafe.com provides its service to you, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS at any time at: https://www.2buysafe.com, and any changes posted to https://www.2buysafe.com are effective immediately upon posting, and may be applied retroactively at the discretion of 2buysafe.com. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE 2buysafe.com currently provides users with password/access control devices, access to our on-line agreement generator, as well as other on-line resources, including, various communications tools, online forums, shopping services, personalized content and branded programming through its billing and collection services, collectively (the "Service"). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new (2buysafe.com) products and/or services, shall be subject to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that 2buysafe.com assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem, or other access device. 3. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS In consideration of your use of the billing and collections Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by any 2buysafe.com (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or 2buysafe.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, 2buysafe.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof), and you hereby waive rights to any refund. 4. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold 2buysafe.com, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, or your violation of any rights of another. 5. NO RESALE OF SERVICE You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service. 6. BILLING DESCRIPTOR/NARRATIVE The billing descriptor as it appears on your credit card statement will be shown during the order process and on email confirmations of your order. 7. PAYMENT/FEE The exact amount of purchase is shown directly before the purchase. The amount will be billed directly after submitting the request. No fees are charged for this. 8. ON-TIME EXECUTION OF ORDERS 2buysafe.com will execute the orders of Subscribers within 24 hours. 2buysafe.com will respond to all billing issues within a timeframe of 24 hours and will always maintain the ability and capacity to respond to inquiries from it's Customers promtly and shall endeavor to resolve disputes with Customers amicably. 9. SUPPLEMENTARY TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The sale of product/service may have additional Terms and Conditions that are sale specific and form integral part of this Agreement, and are in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Such Terms and Conditions as attached under appendix A if applicable will in no way invalidate any of the other Terms and Conditions listed here. All Terms listed apply to 2buysafe.com, the site, and the subscriber. 10. PRIVACY POLICY. All customer data will be treated confidential and will not be sold to any third parties. 11. GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS. We recommend to print out all transaction data and the Terms and Conditions for your personal records. 12. PROCEEDINGS IN CASE OF REFUNDS AND RETURN OF GOODS.
